What happens when we come out

  1. Step 1

    Tell us your reg and where you are

    We look up your tyre size from the registration, confirm stock and give you one fixed price per tyre, fitted.

  2. Step 2

    The van comes to you

    Home, workplace car park or a safe roadside spot. Most jobs are attended within 2 to 4 hours, same day where possible.

  3. Step 3

    Fitted, balanced, torqued

    The wheel comes off, the new tyre goes on with a new valve, it is balanced on the van and refitted to the correct torque.

  4. Step 4

    Sensors reset, old tyre taken away

    Tyre pressure monitoring is reset where fitted, pressures set, and the old tyre goes with us for recycling.

How much does mobile tyre fitting cost?

From £60 per tyre, fitted and balanced with a new valve. Budget tyres sit at the lower end of the range; premium brands, larger sizes and run-flats cost more. You get one fixed price on the phone before we set off, and it does not change on the drive.

Puncture repair or new tyre?

A puncture in the central three-quarters of the tread and under 6 mm across can usually be repaired to British Standard BS AU 159. Sidewall or shoulder damage, a tyre run flat for any distance, or tread below 1.6 mm means a replacement. We check before we quote.

Run-flats, sensors and locking nuts

Our vans carry the kit for run-flat tyres and reset tyre pressure monitoring systems after fitting. Lost your locking wheel nut key? Tell us when you book and we will bring removal tools for most types.

Broken down on a motorway?

We do not fit tyres on a live hard shoulder. Get the car recovered to a service area, lay-by or side road and we will meet you there. Everywhere else, driveway, office car park or a quiet street, we come straight to the car.

How quickly can you get to me?
Most callouts are attended within 2 to 4 hours. Emergency roadside jobs are prioritised for same-day response.
How much does mobile tyre fitting cost?
Prices start from £60 per tyre, fitted and balanced. Budget tyres sit at the lower end; premium brands and larger sizes cost more. We give you one fixed quote on the phone before we come out.
Do I need to know my tyre size?
It helps, but we can look it up from your registration number. Just have your reg ready when you call.
Can a puncture be repaired instead of replacing the tyre?
Often, yes. A puncture in the central three-quarters of the tread and under 6 mm across can usually be repaired to the British Standard BS AU 159. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder means the tyre has to be replaced.
Can you fit tyres at the roadside?
Yes. Our mobile units carry full fitting equipment including jacks, balancing gear, and a wide stock of common sizes. On a motorway, get recovered to a safe place first; we attend lay-bys, car parks and side roads.
Do you fit run-flat tyres and tyres with pressure sensors?
Yes. Our vans carry the equipment for run-flat tyres and we reset the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) after fitting.
What if I have locking wheel nuts and no key?
Tell us when you book. Our mechanics carry removal tools for most locking nut types. Removal adds time and a small charge, which we include in your quote.
Do you fit tyres on vans and SUVs?
Yes. We fit car, van, SUV and 4x4 tyres, including commercial van sizes. Give us your reg when you call and we will confirm stock.
